Volunteers Meeting on Tuesday 17th January 2023
There will be a Volunteers Meeting at 12 o'clock on Tuesday 17th January 2023. This will be for a general discussion between the Volunteers and the Committee as to how well the Centre is doing and to discuss how we may do things better. This will be followed by a light lunch in the centre to thank the Volunteers for their hard work and commitment throughout the year.
Closing and Opening dates for the Centre this Christmas and New Year
The Centre will close after business on Monday 19th December 2022 and will re-open on Monday 9th January 2023.
North Highland Women's Wellness Hub
The NHWWH is a community group in the Northern Highlands of Scotland. Providing Awareness Events/Q&A's, Private support groups (Endometriosis, Menopause & Women's Health Conditions), Workplace advice & Working with Scot-Government for Improved Care Services. MONDAYS - We are staffing the Centre as usual with two volunteers morning and afternoon. Anyone, including volunteers, coming in should ideally do a lateral flow test before arrival, sanitise hands on arrival and wear a mask until they are seated. The volunteers should wear a mask when moving around the centre.
WEDNESDAY The final Mens Group meeting for 2022 is on Tuesday 13th December between 2.30 - 4.00pm. The dates for 2023 have been published at: www.nhcisc.org/mens-group.html
THURSDAYS - Our Thursday therapy sessions continue as normal.
New volunteers - the centre relies heavily on its volunteers. The more volunteers we have reduces the pressure on a few. If you, or someone you know would like to volunteer at the centre then please contact a member of the committee to learn more.
