MONDAYS - We are staffing the Centre as usual with two volunteers morning and afternoon. Anyone, including volunteers, coming in should ideally do a lateral flow test before arrival, sanitise hands on arrival and wear a mask until they are seated. The volunteers should wear a mask when moving around the centre.
WEDNESDAY Mens Group - as normal Wednesday 15th June and 20th July between 2.30 - 4.00pm
THURSDAYS - Our Thursday therapy sessions continue as normal.
Yoga presentation. Iain Black has offererd to give a talk at the NHCISC about the benefits of Yoga irrespective of age or physical limitations. Yoga can be tailored to individual abilities. If you are interested then please put your name on the list in the centre or email Malcolm at: malcolm.nhcisc@btinternet.com
New volunteers - the centre relies heavily on its volunteers. The more volunteers we have reduces the pressure on a few. If you, or someone you know would like to volunteer at the centre then please contact a member of the committee to learn more.

Cancer Care Web Site. New web site for details about cancer support services, particularly useful for national charities. The NHCISC has been added to their database. Web address is: www.cancercaremap.org/
