News for May 2024
Macmillan Volunteer Coordinator and Macmillan Project / Programme Officer
The trustees have agreed to the recruitment of the other two members of staff for the NHCISC. Names and introductions will be announced in the near future. This has been a significant development for the centre and we very much look forward to seeing cancer support services being expanded across the County.

There will be a Men's Group meeting on Wednesday 15th May 2024 from 2pm till 3.30pm. If you would like to have a chat before coming to any of our meetings then please email Malcolm at malcolm.nhcisc@btinternet.com to arrange a discussion about the Centre.
MONDAYS - The Centre is staffed with two volunteers morning and afternoon. Keeping members safe in the Centre is the responsibility of us all. If you are feeling at all unwell then please do not come to the Centre. Many of our members have low immune systems and are more vulnerable to viruses etc.

New volunteers
The centre relies heavily on its volunteers. The more volunteers we have reduces the pressure on a few. If you, or someone you know, would like to volunteer at the centre then please contact a member of the committee to learn more. You may have a skill set that is not provided for at this time so why not have a chat to tell us what you can offer. We look forward to hearing from you :-)
